In my opinion PE is my favorite subject because we also learned about Track and Field which is my most favorite sport ever! I really enjoyed it because I go to show the class the proper techniques about track and how to run and pass the baton. Track this year for me was a breeze at the big elementary meet I won all of my races and not only that but set a record this year for track was the best. Secondly we have started are dance unit so far we have made a group and now we are making dance moves with are groups. Also, we did the grouse grind The Grouse Grind I really did enjoy the grouse grind because I always feel great doing the grouse grind. Even though my legs were kind of sour I enjoyed climbing the mountain and looking at the view. What I learned about myself is if you push yourself hard enough you can accomplish anything. I think that I could've pushed myself even harder because this time my time wasn't so great I got 1:32 the first time I got 1:15 I could even get lower than that if I had pushed myself to the limit. The next time I do the grouse grind I won't take so many breaks because every time I would get tired and want a 5 minute breaks with my friends. It was had taken up half of my time each time I stopped so next time I know not to take a lot of breaks. This time sadly I did not beat my time from the last time we did it because I would take really long breaks with my friends. To me it is important to beat my time because then I would see how much I improved and what I could do better. We also did rollerblading in the gym with the lights off it was so much fun we all go to learn how to roller skate and we played this game I think it was called stop and go but it was so fun. There was a disco ball and lights and everything it was something we have never done before. Some of the things we learned is how to stop while rollerblading it wasn’t hard for me.
